Goal of the Session

To create awareness among students about the importance of physical, mental, and maternal–newborn health, helping them understand how daily lifestyle choices—such as food habits, emotional wellbeing, and safe health practices—shape their long-term wellbeing, in alignment with the World Health Day 2025 theme “Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures.”
