Buddhist Philosophy and Mindfulness – Understanding the Path to Enlightenment
Goal of the Session
To introduce children to the life and teachings of Buddha, helping them understand the significance of Buddha Purnima and the core principles of Budhha’s teachings including compassion, mindfulness, and the path to inner peace. The session aims to cultivate values of non-violence, empathy, and self-reflection through engaging stories and interactive discussions.
