Join Seedling Foundation

The work is complex. There is always more to learn, and there is always something to contribute.

At Seedling Foundation, we believe that meaningful change begins from within. Our work with Children in Conflict with Law, their families, institutions, and stakeholders across the juvenile justice system calls for people who are willing to listen, learn, question, and contribute with empathy and purpose.

As a growing organisation, Seedling offers the opportunity to work across different aspects of the juvenile justice system. Depending on your role, you may work closely with children and families, engage with institutions and government stakeholders, contribute to programs and research, or help build better ways of working.

What Working at Seedling Looks Like

Work With People

Our work involves children, families, staff, institutions, and government stakeholders. Listening, building trust, and understanding different perspectives are central to the work.

Learn and Reflect

The work often involves complex situations without simple answers. We encourage our team to ask questions, learn from experience, and think critically about how we can work better.

Take Ownership

We value people who take responsibility for their work, contribute ideas, and step up when needed. As our work develops, roles and responsibilities may evolve too.

Work With Purpose

Every role contributes in its own way to our larger effort to support rehabilitation, reintegration, and more responsive systems.

We welcome people who would like to contribute their time, skills, or experience to our work with children, families, institutions, and communities.
